BULL’s Marissa Morgan took to social media to share a farewell message to Michael Weatherly after his departure was announced.
After six seasons on CBS, the compelling legal drama Bull has officially come to an end. Star Geneva Carr who played Marissa Morgan, wrote a heartwarming farewell message to the cast and the crew after the cancellation of the series was confirmed.
Marissa Morgan (played by Geneva Carr) first hit the screens in the pilot episode of Bull and was introduced to fans as the second in command to Dr Jason Bull (Michael Weatherly).
She was an elite member of the Trial Analysis Corporation (TAC) as Melissa was responsible for monitoring jury behaviour and reaction in real-time.
This was a key role at TAC as the business would specialise in getting their clients free by using crafty arguments to win over the jurors.
As Geneva worked so closely with Michael, she took to Instagram to share a farewell message to the team, after the cancellation of the show was announced on Wednesday.

In the post, the actress shared the trailer for the final season with a caption which read: “ImpossiBULL to put into words what this show, these people, this experience has meant.
“It takes a dedicated team of professionals to make a (TV emoji) show and we’ve been blessed with the absolute BEST.
“I’ve learned so much, met so many incredible people on this journey. Beyond grateful to each and every member of our dazzling team.
“And a heartfelt thank you to the people who tuned in each week to go on this ride with us. We did it all for you. #seasonsix #michaelweatherly #nicholemillard #kathrynprice #dreamsdocometrue #grateful”
News of Bull’s cancellation came as a shock to fans who were looking forward to hearing about its renewal for a seventh season.
Viewers took over Geneva’s comments to share their disbelief as well as their well-wishes.
Yayapavone wrote: “So sad Bull is ending this season! Love this show!!”
Elizabeth.p.barden added: “I enjoyed the ride with you and the rest of the cast. What a wonderful ensemble of people on Bull.”
